1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Services: If subscribed research reports or paid services are not delivered within the promised timeline due to delays or technical failures attributable to us.
- Duplicate Payment: If a client has accidentally made multiple payments for the same service, the excess amount shall be refunded after verification.
- Regulatory Non-Compliance: If SEBI directs the Research Entity to issue a refund due to non-compliance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
- Technical Errors: Payment gateway or system errors resulting in non-delivery of services.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Market Performance or Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with market outcomes, trading losses, or changes in personal preferences.
- Completed Services: Once research reports, advisory services, or consultations have been delivered, they shall be treated as non-refundable.
- Partially Used Services: No partial refunds will be provided for services that have already been partially consumed.
- Subscription Renewals: Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable unless mandated by regulatory authorities or in cases of service non-delivery.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, investors must follow the procedure below:
- Submit a refund request via email to compliance@solvitasanalytics.com within 5 calendar days from the occurrence of the issue.
- Include full name, registered contact details, service subscribed, reason for refund, and relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
- All refund requests shall be reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds shall be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method used.
4. Compliance with SEBI Regulations
Solvitas Analytics strictly adheres to SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, including all prescribed disclosures, ethical conduct requirements, and investor protection norms. Any refund directed by SEBI shall be processed strictly in accordance with regulatory instructions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Financial markets involve inherent risks. Solvitas Analytics Private Limited shall not be held liable for losses arising from market volatility, misinterpretation of research, or factors beyond our control. Refunds under this policy do not extend to compensation for trading or investment losses.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to refunds shall initially be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, investors may approach SEBI’s grievance redressal mechanisms or other applicable regulatory forums.
