B. Details of Business Transacted by Research Analyst
- Preparation and publication of research reports supported by data and analysis.
- Providing research recommendations based on public information and analytical models.
- Maintaining records of research activities, communications, and justifications.
- Disclosing conflicts of interest related to recommendations.
- Ensuring transparency in methodology, ratings, and assumptions.
- Ensuring research reports meet SEBI-mandated disclosures.
- Annual audit and regulatory compliance as prescribed by SEBI.
- No access to investor funds or securities — RA provides research only.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors
Research-Related Services
- Publishing research reports and recommendations.
- Providing rationale, methodology, and assumptions.
- Providing risk ratings, targets, and timelines.
- Timely updates on recommendation changes.
Disclosure Obligations
- Disclosure of conflicts of interest, if any.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
1. Raise Complaint with Research Analyst
Investors may first contact the Research Analyst directly via official channels. The RA shall respond within 30 days.

2. Don’ts
- Do not believe in guaranteed returns.
- Do not share trading or banking credentials.
- Do not act solely on WhatsApp/Telegram tips.
- Do not transfer funds to the Research Analyst.
- Do not rely on rumors or unverified advice.
