Disclosing conflicts of interest related to recommendations.
Ensuring transparency in methodology, ratings, and assumptions.
Ensuring research reports meet SEBI-mandated disclosures.
Annual audit and regulatory compliance as prescribed by SEBI.
No access to investor funds or securities — RA provides research only.

C. Details of Services Provided to Investors

Research-Related Services

Disclosure Obligations

Disclosure of conflicts of interest, if any.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

1. Raise Complaint with Research Analyst

Investors may first contact the Research Analyst directly via official channels. The RA shall respond within 30 days.
